Online Account Access
Members, did you know that you can access your RESOURCES FCU accounts online? That's right - with online access you can manage your RFCU accounts any time, from anywhere. To obtain your access, Click Here, or access the Online Account Access link at the top of every page and feel the freedom that online access can bring. Living the e-Life! And, if you have a checking account with RFCU, you can view your check images conveniently online, too!
(Services available online include, balance inquiry, transfer between accounts, checking account inquiry, online check images, online check requests made payable to the member, and loan payments).

Mobile Text Access
We are so excited to be adding this service for members. For those of us on the go, go, go, it should make your Online Account Access experience that much more rewarding. SMS Online Account Access enables you to access your account(s) through an SMS text-enabled cell phone. It's EASY to signup! Command Reference Codes.
To activate:
Signon to Online Account Access from the RFCU Home Page.
On the left-side tool bar click on NEW Txt Banking.
The SMS Text Home Banking Terms and Conditions Disclosure will pop up for your review. If you accept, click on I Accept the Terms.
Choose your cell provider (i.e. AT&T Wireless, Sprint, Verizon, etc) from the drop down listing and enter your cell number (minus any dashes).
The SMS system will send your phone a text message containing an activation code. Enter this code where prompted as Step 2A. Complete Step 2B to determine if you have an alias associated with your cell phone number.
Enter a PIN of your choice (4 to 9 alpha or numeric characters). Confirm your PIN and you are done!
When using the Mobile Text Access, send a text message to
from your cell phone with a Command Reference and your PIN number, along with your account type. For members' convenience, we have placed a listing of available Command Reference codes here.
If you ever need to change your Cell Provider, Cell Number, or create a new / reset your PIN, simply log on to Online Account Access, choose TXT Banking, and choose Edit Txt Number.

account type - The account type you would like to use.
amount - The dollar amount of the transfer or payment.
check number - The check number you would like to search for.
from type - Your account type used for the source of funds for your payment or transfer.
loan number - Your loan number you would like to query against.
new pin - Your new access pin you would like to use.
optional type - By default your message will use the default account type.
Include an account type here when you would like to use a different account type.
to loan number - Your loan number you would like to make a payment to.
to type - Your account type you would like to transfer funds to.

¿Usted habla español?
Now you can have your Online Account Access experience in English - or Spanish. From the RFCU home page, enter your Account Number and check the box labeled: en español. For that session of Online Account Access you will view all information in Spanish. Members using this option will need to check the en español box each time they enter Online Account Access. Note: if you have your Online Account Access page bookmarked, bypassing the RFCU home page, you will need to enter from the home page to choose the Spanish option.
